A Mindful New Year
A guided mindfulness practice and intention setting for the new year: January 1st, 2018, 6:00-7:30pm
This one time group offers a chance for reflection on the year past and setting intentions for the year ahead. A guided mindfulness practice will be led by Amanda Ball, MS, and group members will be offered space to share intentions, if they wish.
